Welcome

This is the new look for DWB Sports and I hope you like it. Things have changed a little bit. Be sure to read the rules below, especially the first one on entry cost and submission. Rules

Each entry costs $5.00. You can enter as many times as your significant other will let you! No credit cards though…cash or check only. I will send out the Excel files for entry on Sunday night, March 15th. If you need an entry form you can downloat it HERE. I will also accept pictures of paper sheets you have filled out to my phone or my mailbox admin@dwbsports.com. I must receive all entries prior to noon on Thursday, March 19th. Good Luck to All!

All prize money will be paid out as follows:
1st Place:   50% of the entire pot.
2nd Place:   30% of the entire pot
3rd Place:   20% of the entire pot
Last Place:   A free entry into next years pool!

The scoring is a little tricky. You get points in each round for the teams you pick to win. In the first round each win is worth 1 point plus the seed of the team. For example…If Duke is seeded #1 in the East, you pick them to win their first round matchup and they do, you get 2 points. If you pick the 16th seeded team to beat Duke and they were to win, you'd get 17 points ( 1 point for the round and 16 points for the seed). Simple, right?
Each round has a different point value…as follows:
1st Round: 1 point
2nd Round: 2 points
3rd Round: 4 points
4th Round: 7 points
5th Round: 11 points
Last Game: 16 points

If you plan on entering and submit a sheet or two. Please make sure you give your money to one of my designated representatives or me. Since most of you will be contacted via e-mail, please make out a check to me, Danny Brown, and put it in the mail to the following address:

Please don't submit entries and wait to see how your teams do the first weekend before you send in your money. If you do, you have no Honor and should be flogged! Besides, that is just plain Chicken! Be a real MAN ( or WOMAN ) and show the world what your made of…Integrity and a damn good set of picks!!!!!!!

With your check or cash I need an address to send all the money you're going to win. This site will keep you up to date in the Standings section below on how you are doing compared to the other folks in the pool.

Standings

In the table below you will see your score as compared to others. As you scroll right you will see your chosen champion. If your chosen team is still in the tournament their name will appear in green, if not it will appear red and lined through. The maximum possible points you can score for the tournament is also displayed if you win your remaining games.
